My 8 lb 6 oz 18 inch long baby girl was born on Saturday (her due date!) after about 10 hours of labor. I had her natural which was painful but only the last hour or so. So excited she is finally here!!!
When we got home from hospital walked outside to see my garden - full of tomatoes growing and thriving plants - thanks to square foot gardening. I don’t have to do a thing and will have more yummy veggies to eat soon.

Oh big congratulations!!!
What have you called her?
Had a chuckle about you checking your veggies! Sounds like you got your timings right - just sit back and watch those veggies ripen!
May I be the first to say Congratulations!!

CONGRATULATIONS! I can’t wait to see pics of your precious baby girl! Oh, and a few garden pics thrown in couldn’t hurt, hehe. So glad your garden faired well in your excused absence hehe.
BTW, that was the same experience for my wife’s second time around. Glad it didn’t hurt until the end. Ten hours of pain is far more than anyone should have to put up with.
Enjoy your little one!
CONGRATS! CONGRATS! Wow, what a big baby. I’m sure you’re relieved to not carry all that weight around anymore! I’m so sure she is the cutest thing ever. I can’t wait to see pics. I love babies!!! SO ADORABLE!!!
Wow, so sorry to hear about your long labor. I think when I have a baby, I’m going all naturally too.
And the garden welcomed you back wit delicious tomatoes! Welcome back!
Thanks for all the comments - am starting to return to semi-normalcy again! Will post pics as soon as I can get em off my camera
A somewhat belated congratulations from me.
I’ve been out of commission for a while with a neck and shoulder injury. I’m glad to know you are both doing well. Good to have you back.
Thanks Jan
