Eggs!!!

by plantgirl on October 20, 2008

I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that the hens hadn’t laid eggs yet, and probably wouldn’t through the winter - when I heard a strange noise coming from their coop. When I caught her she got a cute mischievous look on her face and teasingly reached for an almost ripe one - then ran away giggling. I have a feeling this is a lost cause - she loves to pick strawberries too and even ate the unripe ones (and [click to continue...]
