I visited the Farmer’s Market last night and bought a ton of supersweet cherry tomatoes, crookneck squash, tiny zucchini, fresh corn, and super yummy peaches. Tonight I made fritters cooked in olive oil from the tomatoes and zucchini and from store bought fresh dill (ouch was it expensive but worth it!) and mint from my garden.
